Temasek Polytechnic School of Business started in August 1990 with its first diploma – Diploma in Business. Since then, the School has grown from strength to strength. Today, we offer 11 full-time diploma courses in various disciplines.
In addition to full-time courses, the School also offers an array of part-time diploma and certificate courses for adult learners as well as customised short courses to meet the specialised needs of the industry.
The School believes in adding value to our students’ learning by designing a flexible and ability-based curriculum. We adopt a variety of pedagogical approaches such as Self-directed learning, Problem-based learning etc. that help to develop independent learning and problem-solving skills in our students. All these, together with industry attachments for all our final year students, serve to prepare our students for the world of work and a future of dynamic change.
