Associate Manager / Manager , PR & Client Services (B2C)

As a Manager, PR & Client Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of communication programs that align with their business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client partnerships, providing strategic counsel, and overseeing project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts. 
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities, providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions. 
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 
 
- Project Management: - Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. 
- Lead cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively and achieve project objectives. 
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 
 
- Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of communication professionals. 
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture. 
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. 
 
- Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with clients' business objectives. 
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities. 
- Develop and execute innovative communication campaigns that drive results. 
 
- Financial Management: - Manage project budgets and ensure profitability. 
- Monitor and track project expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. 
 
- Business Development: - Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients. 
 
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 
- 4-6+ years of experience in public relations in an agency environment. 
- Proven track record of managing complex communication projects and building strong client relationships. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Strong leadership and team management skills. 
- Proficiency in project management tools and software. 
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
