Ms Koh Juat Muay

Bio

Juat has more than 25 years of management experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She was the chief executive of a non-profit organisation set up to develop cultural diplomacy between cities. Prior roles included: managing director and regional chief executive of an award-winning public relations agency; director of marcom for an arts management company; centre director for an arts space that promotes Singapore artists/art history; and search director for a global executive search firm.

Her passion is in organisational well-being where people and process are in harmony. Her expertise is in positive communications, people development and performance coaching.  She developed “8lueprint (2019)” - a concise approach to corporate and communications planning. She published a tool-book titled “One Dish Wonder: A Simple Recipe To Manage Communications Risks (2011)”.

She is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Public Relations Singapore and holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership (Monash University) and a Bachelor in Arts in Literature & Language (National University of Singapore). She is a Masters Solutions Focused Practitioner and holds a Specialist Diploma in Counselling Psychology.
