Cindy Lim

Cindy Lim is the Head of Audience & Communications at the Singapore Symphony Group, which manages the Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO) and its family of orchestras and choruses. The company also owns and makes its home at the Victoria Concert Hall.

In her current role, Cindy oversees brand, content, communications, digital media, sales, advertising, digital initiatives, customer research and customer experience. The company has since increased its digital reach to over 15M views a year with significant growth in social media engagement. Since 2022, ticket revenue and attendance have been the highest in the history of the company.

In 2020, Cindy led the launch and production of SSO’s digital season SSOPlayOn! at the height of the pandemic, reaching 1M views within 6 months. In the same year, she embarked on a content partnership with Mediacorp, Singapore’s public broadcasting company.

Since 2021, Cindy has been serving on the Council and EXCO of the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore, where she is currently Honorary Treasurer. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English and Economics from the National University of Singapore.
