Course Description
This course enables learners to assist their organisations in managing and communicating crises information to their stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Learners should be able to establish key messages, design, develop, and execute a crisis communication plan that aligns with the organisation’s needs and regulatory requirements as well as apply different methods in information dissemination.
