About the Programme
The Professional Certificate in Public Relations and Mass Communication programme is aimned at providing entrants to the Public Relations (PR) profession as well as those who are interested in PR, a sound foundation in Public Relations and Mass Communication and its various components, techniques and current best practices.
Course Structure
The programme is designed as a three-month course with classes being held twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays (unless otherwise stated) from 7.00 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. The 22 lectures in the programme are conducted by a team of highly experienced PR practitioners.
Entry Requirements
Participants should possess at full GCE O-Level Certificate with at least a credit in English (or international equivalent). Mature applications without the relevant qualifications may be considered on a case by case basis.

Course Assessments
Participants are required to do an individual case study assignment, a group presentation and a final examination.
Award of Certificate
Participants who have successfully passed the assessments and examination will be awarded the IPRS Certificate in Public Relations and Mass Communication.

Members: S$2,200 (excluding application fee)
Non Members: S$2,400 (excluding application fee)

Company-sponsored and international students are required to pay the full amount in advance. Installment plans are available to self-sponsored students (only applicable to Singaporeans and PRs)
