IPRS is pleased to recognise that IPRS Vice-President, Stephen Forshaw, is one of the seven members of an independent team tasked to investigate the recent disruption to MRT services in December 2011. Mr Forshaw was invited by the SMRT Board of Directors to advise the investigation team on communication-related matters.
