On 25 Mar 2009, after seven fruitful and exciting years, Ms K Bhavani stepped down as President of the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore (IPRS) and handed the presidency over to Mr Ng Wei Joo (Head, Group Communications, UOB Bank). A new Council was also voted in.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR LATEST BATCH OF GRADUATES!
About 30 participants from recently-completed IPRS Professional Certificate and Diploma courses were honoured at a Graduation Ceremony which was held on 26 Feb 09 at the Hue Restobar at Amara Hotel. The graduates were from the 02/08 and 03/08 Professional Certificate in Public Relations (PR) and Mass Communications classes and the 01/08 Diploma in PR and Mass Communications class.
