Employee Application Process

 

1)    Registration

  • Download and email the Employee Application Form together with your curriculum vitae (CV) and a copy of your NRIC (front and reverse) to admin@iprs.org.sg,
  • Attention your email to: Aminah.
  • Closing date: 5.00 p.m., Friday, 20th January 2012..

 

2)    Review and Shortlist of Potential Employees

  • Upon registration, IPRS will review the applications.
  • Short-listed candidates will be informed by IPRS.
  • The CVs of the short-listed applicants will be made available to employers who have registered to be on the WSQ PnT Programme.  

 

3)    Recruitment

  • Employers who are participating in the WSQ PnT Programme will identify candidates whom they are interested in and will thereafter contact them directly.
  • Employers will arrange for interviews with the short-listed candidates whom they are interested in.
  • The terms and conditions of the hiring of new staff by the participating employers will be entirely between the latter and the short-listed candidates.

 

4)    Notification by Employers of New Hire(s)

  • Upon successful hiring, the employer will notify IPRS in writing with details of the new hire(s). 
  • IPRS will submit the details of the new hire(s) to WDA for  approval.
  • Following WDA’s approval, both employers and new hire(s) will be informed of WDA’s approval.
  • Employers will be required to sign a Letter of Undertaking (LOU) with IPRS which will incorporate the terms and conditions of the WSQ PnT Programme.
  • Employers will require their new hire(s) to sign a similar undertaking with them.

 

5)    Commencement of WSQ PnT Programme

  •  The WSQ PnT Programme will thereafter commence with the PR training in the five (5) WSQ core PR topics.
